Our Revised Method of Operation (Subject to Change)

We continue to monitor the situation daily using various directives including the letter from the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, Alok Sharma, to the UK's construction sector Link to letter here and follow the Construction Leadership Councils Site Operating Procedures. Link to document here, these are reviewed and updated on a regular basis.

This is our current COVID-19 process:

  • Keeping ourselves up to date using our industry websites and briefings.
  • Ensuring every team member has the correct knowledge and PPE.
  • Every team member has a copy of our COVID-19 Policy click link to see it
  • Follow the Construction Leadership Councils Site Operating Procedures.
  • All of our Risk Assessments now include a section on COVID-19.

Our estimating and new enquiries teams continue to operate as normal aside from site surveys as we will NOT visit the site unless the enquiry is classed as an emergency (see list below) and a full risk assessment can be completed.

We have been using ZOOM online meetings for many years now internally and will use this for any client meetings we need to conduct our team are well versed in how this works.

As far as actually carrying out any work on site this will be assessed on a case by case basis so please contact us either by email our support team on enquiries@mailprs.co.uk or phone us on 01784 730640 if you need to check.
